Billing, Cancellations, And Refunds

These terms explain the billing support rules for paid Larkivo products. Payment features may be introduced gradually, and checkout screens will show the current product, price, renewal, and cancellation details before purchase.

Consumer Pro

  • -Consumer Pro may be sold monthly or annually. Annual pricing may offer two months free compared with monthly billing.
  • -If Consumer Pro is recurring, users must be able to cancel self-serve before the next renewal.
  • -Consumer Pro includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for the first Pro payment, subject to abuse checks.
  • -Refunds do not automatically remove access in every case. Larkivo may handle goodwill, fraud, or abuse manually.

Owner plans

  • -Owner paid plans require an approved claim or approved sales-led exception before paid access.
  • -Owner plan refunds are case-by-case unless a checkout or written agreement states otherwise.
  • -Owner payment status never changes organic ranking, public truth, verification, or base Larkivo Score.
  • -Downgrades remove paid presentation, analytics, campaign, and upload privileges. Approved public-truth data should not be removed just because a plan changes.

Failed payments, disputes, and receipts

  • -Failed payments may trigger account notices and a recovery path before paid entitlements change.
  • -Chargebacks or disputes may flag the account for billing and trust review.
  • -Stripe receipts or tax invoices are the intended primary payment records for self-serve card payments.
  • -For billing help, contact billing@larkivo.com with the account email, payment date, and receipt ID where available.
