By accessing or using Larkivo (“the Service”) at larkivo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

2. Description of service

Larkivo is a Perth-first decision engine for eating and drinking venues, public playgrounds, lists, and private planners. We provide search, ranking, confidence cues, save/list/planner tools, and owner claim workflows. We do not operate venues or playgrounds, provide professional safety inspections, or guarantee availability at any listed place.

3. Restaurant information

Venue and playground information, ratings, photos, hours, amenities, and availability displayed on Larkivo are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information is current, complete, or error-free. Always confirm important details directly with the venue, booking provider, council, or relevant operator before visiting.

Larkivo Score rankings are algorithmically generated and represent our assessment of fit for a given search context. They are not endorsements or guarantees of quality.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• •Submit false or misleading information about venues, playgrounds, lists, planners, reviews, photos, or owner claims
• •Use the Service in a way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

5. Intellectual property

The Larkivo name, logo, Larkivo Score methodology, and all original content on this website are owned by Larkivo and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Venue names, logos, third-party photos, user photos, owner photos, and public-source content may remain the property of their respective owners or contributors. Uploaded photos and owner-submitted content are governed by the consent and content terms that apply when the content is submitted.

6. Third-party links and bookings

Larkivo may link to third-party booking platforms, venue websites, map providers, menus, payment providers, and other services. These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Booking transactions are solely between you and the venue or booking platform unless a Larkivo checkout clearly states otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larkivo disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larkivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 AUD.

9. Restaurant partners

Venue operators who claim or manage a listing on Larkivo are also subject to our owner terms. By submitting information to Larkivo, owners and managers warrant that they have the right to do so and grant Larkivo a licence to display, review, moderate, and use that information to improve listings and user decisions.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
