Safety, Consent, And Content

Last updated: April 2026

These notes explain how Larkivo handles public confidence cues, user and owner photos, playground caveats, dietary and accessibility information, and tracking consent.

Photo consent

Photos you upload may be used to improve venue and playground listings and help others discover places. Display names may be shown as attribution where photos are shown.

User and owner photos should run through automated checks and review before public use. You can contact support to request removal of your own photos.

Children and playground content

  • -Photos with identifiable children should not be public at launch unless reliable face blurring and moderation exists.
  • -Playground pages describe observable amenities and practical suitability cues. Larkivo does not provide a professional safety inspection or safety rating.
  • -Caregivers should check current conditions, supervision needs, weather, and age suitability before visiting.

Dietary and accessibility information

  • -Dietary and accessibility cues help with discovery, but medical, allergy, and access needs should be confirmed directly with the venue before relying on them.
  • -Fresh conflicting evidence may suppress public certainty and send a claim to review.
  • -Unknown or unverified information may lower confidence rather than act as a guarantee.

Cookies and tracking

  • -Larkivo uses essential cookies or local storage for account, security, and signed-out convenience features.
  • -Analytics should collect only what improves product decisions, support, billing, trust, and privacy-safe learning.
  • -Marketing emails and non-essential marketing tracking should use explicit consent where required.
