Owner Terms

These terms apply to venue owners, managers, and authorised representatives who claim or manage venue information on Larkivo.

Owner authority

  • -You must be authorised to act for the venue you claim or manage.
  • -Larkivo may ask for business email, domain, document, phone, or other verification before approving a claim.
  • -One primary owner may manage a venue at launch, with team roles planned for later.

Public truth and sensitive claims

  • -Basic details such as phone, website, opening hours, and menu links may be updated with validation and audit.
  • -Sensitive claims such as playground, play area, high chairs, pet friendly, accessibility, or similar features need supporting evidence and may require admin approval.
  • -Paid status does not bypass photo safety, moderation, verification, or public truth rules.
  • -Owner-submitted evidence may improve review queues, but public certainty depends on approval and confidence checks.

Paid visibility

  • -Featured or sponsored placements must be labelled and relevance-gated.
  • -Owner payment must not change the organic base Larkivo Score.
  • -Owner marketing copy, offers, and campaign material must be accurate and may be moderated.
